Legal form to be choosen

Given the characteristics of the specific industry and Client’s objectives, we help to choose the right legal form – partnership, capital company or self-employment.

Each situaion is different. While chosing the legal form you must take into account specific circumstances of Client’s business activity and must be adapted to suit individual needs. Together with Clients, we identify their objectives and goals.

 

First steps

Each legal form requires specific activities to be undertaken in order to start business activities. We prepare a set of necessary documents such as articles of association, memorandum, partnership agreement. We organize necessary notarial activities and will attend them on your behalf.

 

Registration of business activity

We act on our Clients behalf conducting administrative procedures required to obtain a license or permit. We will register your business at the National Court Register or at Central Registration and Information on Business Activity.

 

Further advice service

Unique knowledge of Clients’ business activity acquired during set-up period allows us to effectivly advice them in the near future. The relationship based on trust allow us to understand Clients’ expectations much better and to adjust scope of our services to their individual needs.
